John Clevland. Have ordered the Plymouth Officers to inspect the Michollet and Nostra Signiora de Begonia privateers, lately taken from the enemy. Opine the Nostra Segniora de Begonia is not fit to be purchased for the Service and the Michollet is in need of repair and only carries 14 guns, so opine she is not fit as well
