John Clevland. Are sending a state of the horse transports for Portugal, The Esk one of the ships fitted at Deptford, has arrived in Portsmouth and the rest sailed yesterday from the Downes to Portsmouth under convoy of the Solebay. They are complete for the reception of horses as are those fitted at Portsmouth, except the Three Sisters from Martinique which was not ordered to be fitted until the 23rd. The ships from Plymouth were reported complete except for forage which is to come down from Portsmouth. The Hawke, which has the camp equipage of Burgoyne's Regiment, sailed from Deptford some days ago and should have arrived in the Downes. The Officer at Deal reported the arrival of two transports which may be The Hawke and the Nancy.
