George Grenville, Pay Office, Broad Street. At the death of HM George I in 1727, new patents were passed for the Treasurer and Commissioners of the Navy by Mr. Jobber, Solicitor, and the expenses were charged and allowed in his account by an order of 17th January 1728. Has paid for the renewal of my Patent as Treasurer of the Navy on the ascent of his present Majesty ascending the throne and for entering the same in the proper Offices. Ask for Mr. Seddon to be ordered to pay me the money and charge it in his account as was done in 1727
