John Clevland. Captain Hallum has requested dispensation for some books of the Albany. Opine the defects of the monthly book is not inconvenient and the Commissioners for Victualling say the account of provisions can be dispensed with if the Captain gives security to indemnify the Crown. Ask if the want of the journal, ticket book and account of provisions as well as the defect in the Muster Book can be dispensed with if he gives security
