Description

John Clevland. John Lee, Master of the Jamaica Sloop, reports that because of bad health he had to leave the ship at Oporto and sent his journals and logbook to England, which has been lost and asks for them to be dispensed with. Opine they can be dispensed with on his making oath that they were sent and lost
