Description

John Clevland. Captain Blake of the Epreuve informs there are no gallows on board for the booms which prevent the guns from coming within the cells of the ports. She was fitted as she was when in the French service and the booms only affect 2 or 3 of the guns. Opine it will be better to continue the booms as they are
