Mr. Sommerton, brother and executor of William Sommerton, late Carpenter of the Harwich, has asked for dispensation for some books and papers lost in her, necessary to pass the accounts for the Rye. Captain Campbell who commanded the Rye when William Sommerton was Carpenter of her has passed his accounts. Opine the petitioner's request can be dispensed with upon his making affidavit
