Description

John Clevland. Samuel Scott is to be paid for the time he acted as Lieutenant of the Thunder Bomb but there is still an objection to his receiving his money. We cannot pay him at the payment of the ship as Mr. White, who was proposed Lieutenant of her, is borne for the same time and Mr. Scott was borne as a Supernumerary. It will require an order for two Lieutenants to be paid for the same time so Mr. Scott can be paid by bill
