Description

John Clevland. Captain Bassett has asked for some irregularities in his muster books for the Rainbow, to be dispensed with. He has mustered in two separate books instead of putting 2 months in each book as directed by Act of Parliament. Opine it can be dispensed with as have been others in like circumstances
