John Clevland. Rear Admiral Stevens informs us that John Mitchie, the late contractor for slops, has returned to England with Vice Admiral Pocock. He contracted with Mr. Thomas Hearne for supplying the Pursers of the ships under his command and Mr. Hearne drew two bills and ask if they are to be accepted
