John Clevland. Captain Norbury has asked to be paid for the Resolution to the time of Captain Speke's Court Martial, and for the Sandwich to the time Captain Speke was commissioned for the Modeste. Captain Norbury was lent to the Sandwich and entered as a supernumerary but was borne on the books of the Resolution after which he was discharged to the Modeste. Opine he should be paid his own and servants wages for the Resolution until the time of the Court Martial and from then be paid for the Sandwich
