Captain Macartney, has applied for his and his servant's wages since he has been discharged from the Porcupine and commissioned for the Racehorse at the request of General Murray in order to carry dispatches from Quebec to General Amhurst. How he is borne on the books. He is not borne as commander on either of the ships books from May to August when he was employed on the public service. Opine he can be continued on the books of the Porcupine until Captain Boyd was commissioned for her and be paid the wages for the Racehorse by Bill
