Description

John Clevland. Samuel de Castro when in the East Indies purchased a ticket of George Edgcumbe for the Kent, signed by Captain Speke and the proper Officers. When he applied at the Pay Office he was informed the money had been paid to another ticket and asks to be relieved. How he stands on the books. The wages were paid on a letter of Attorney and Mr. Castro should apply to Mr. Buckland
