John Clevland. Application has been made for the hire of the Sally and Rebecca transports with certificates from P. Aemis Irving who styles himself Deputy Quarter Master General at Quebec. They were taken up by order of Brigadier General Murray, Governor of Quebec, to carry troops. The General has not signed the certificates neither do we have any advice of them. Ask if we should pay the freight of the ships
