Description

John Clevland. Mr. Fowler of the Royal Ann has paid stationery expenses when he acted as Deputy Judge Advocate and asks to be repaid. Stationery is usually allowed the Judge Advocate and the Deputy Judge Advocate of the Fleet but it is not allowed to other persons Acting in their place
