Description

John Clevland. Thomas Brett, Agent to Captain Phillips Towry, has asked for dispensation for the muster books of the Juno not being sent every two months and with his not signing a certificate of the abstract of the late Act of Parliament being read. The lack of muster books being sent every two months will not matter but the Captain should sign a certificate for the reading of the Abstract
