Thomas Brett, Agent to Captain Phillips Towry, has asked for dispensation for the muster books of the Juno not being sent every two months and with his not signing a certificate of the abstract of the late Act of Parliament being read. The lack of muster books being sent every two months will not matter but the Captain should sign a certificate for the reading of the Abstract
