Description

John Clevland. Captain Hallum has applied to be paid for the time he was lent from the Albany Sloop to command the Adventure. When he commanded the Adventure he was borne as a proper Captain of the Albany. Captain Botterell and Captain Jervis commanded the Albany during his absence and opine they should be paid on passing their accounts. Suggest Captain Hallum shold be paid by Bill for the time he commanded the Adventure as her proper Captain, Captain Moore is borne on her books for that time
