John Clevland. Captain Duncan, Commander of the Royal Exchange armed vessel reports the disorderly state of the ship's company. She was first hired to serve as a transport and the owners were to find 42 men which was later increased to 102 men. They are paid by the owners and therefore not entitled to advantages for wounded and hurt seamen on HM ships. The part the men would be entitled to of Prizes is the same as those awarded by the owners of privateers. They are not subject to punishment for disorderly behaviour other than the forfeiture of the conditions of those articles
