John Clevland. Two transports bound for Williamstadt to bring troops home, arrived at Harwich and cannot sail because of a strong wind. They have been ordered to sail as soon as possible. Bristol reports that the Duke transport, loaded with horses from Brigadier Richbell's Regiment, sailed for Ireland on 30th December but the troops were loaded on the Alexander in King road and cannot sail because of storms. The Colonel of the Regiment has ordered the men to be debarked to avoid sickness
