Cuban insurrection and letters for rebel leaders: states that the boat was not registered, had no flag and had, on a previous occasion, brought over insurgent political agents from Cuba. The letters were unstamped, and supposed to have been sent from Nassau. Unnumbered telegram, folios 90-92
