Description

John Clevland. Peter Bougour, a Guernsey Pilot, petitions for expenses incurred in attending a Court Martial to investigate the loss of the Maidstone. He is entitled to an allowance of 5s. a day for the period August to October 1747 and this should be paid by the Clerk of the Cheque at Portsmouth
