Description

Thomas Corbett. Captain Shirley of the Renown at Plymouth, complains the vessel hired to serve his ship is too small. He asks for her to be discharged and replaced with something more appropriate. Commissioner Vanbrugh has given notice to be owner but he thought the tender was adequate. He has found no other vessel of a larger size. The Bedford tender is unemployed and in the River. Ask for a convoy for her and approval
