Description

Thomas Corbett. Lieutenant Young on board the Bedford Galley tender, writes that apart from his own men, most of whom are not seamen, there is nobody on board despite the fact that the owners are supposed to find a Master and 14 men. The owner is out of town, so the matter was discussed with the Master who said that at the time Lieutenant Young complained the men were properly on shore
