Thomas Corbett. Vice Admiral Steuart has asked for the pay books of the Woolwich, Princess Royal and Sandwich, to be made up and sent to Commissioner Hughes to pay off their crews. Some of the men will be needed on the Elizabeth, Princessa and Hampshire. The books for the Woolwich are now at Portsmouth and arrangements for the other payments are discussed and solutions made
