Description

Reciprocal arrangements with the United States: remarks as to the effect on the revenue that would result from the adoption of proposals of the US consul, and gives an account of an interview with Mr Foster, Canadian Finance Minister. [Item consists of Colonial Office minutes and draft reply. Despatch and enclosures were printed for the use of the Colonial Office as West Indian No. 68, see CO 884/4/36.]
