Ensign Peter Campbell to be lieutenant in Brigadier General Handasyd's Regiment of Foot.

Ensign Mathew Reynolds to be lieutenant in Brigadier General Handasyd's Regiment of Foot.

Ensign James Campbell to be lieutenant in Lieutenant General Whetham's Regiment of Foot.

Ensign Henry More to be lieutenant in the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers.

Ensign Sir Robert Innes bart. to be lieutenant in Major General Tyrrell's Regiment of Foot.
