Forwards copies of Acts passed in the year 44 Vic:
- Act 44 Chapter 1, to make provision of an allowance to officers, NCOs and privates of the army and land forces stationed in the Bahamas;
- Chapter 2, the Census;
- Chapter 3, repatriation of Bahamian pauper children from the Danish West Indies;
- Chapter 4, to amend the Police Regulation Amendment Act 1880;
- Chapter 5, to provide for a Law Library;
- Chapter 6, to impose a duty on the import of Spanish, Mexican and Colombian dollars, and half, and quarter dollars;
- Chapter 7, to declare that the tender of Spanish, Mexican or Colombian silver coins shall cease to be legal tender;
- Chapter 8, salary of the Sanitary Inspector;
- Chapter 9, the Summary Jurisdiction Act;
- Chapter 10, to amend 39 Vic. Cap 10;
- Chapter 11, salary of the Attorney General;
- Chapter 12, the Nassau Fire and Marine Insurance Company;
- Chapter 13, to continue in force acts which will expire with the present session;
- Chapter 14, the Appropriation Act.
