Convicted of stealing two sacks, a pack sheet and a cart cover or receiving stolen goods at the Quarter Sessions at Leeds, Yorkshire, 04 March 1852.
Then aged 33 years and by trade a field waller.
Sentence: 7 years' transportation.
Licence granted: 24 July 1855, for early release from Stirling Castle hulk prison.
