Convicted of Misdemeaner and stabbing and wounding with intent to maim at the Assizes at Bodmin, Cornwall, 24 March 1852.
Then aged 23 years and by trade a Miner.
Sentence: 7 years' transportation.
Licence granted: 3 July 1855, for early release from Portland prison.
