Convicted of Theft by housebreaking at the Circuit Court of Justiciary at Glasgow, Scotland, 28 April 1852.
Then aged 24 years and by trade a Brush maker.
Sentence: 7 years' transportation.
Licence granted: 25 June 1855, for early release from Portsmouth prison.
