Folios 202A-202B. A letter from [Henry C Cator], Dartford, [Kent], magistrate, reporting that he has heard that next Saturday the 'mob' will be heading to Dartford, that he is presently trying to follow up this report and that he is preparing for this 'evil'. He requests to know how much assistance can be obtained from the garrison at Woolwich. He comments that he will not call for assistance without cause but that the more he discovers the more he fears.
