Description

Lords of the Admiralty to St John: it is the queen's pleasure that the commissioners for victualling should be acquainted the service will in all probability require a larger quantity of victuals than has been usually provided. They request more exact information so that they may instruct the commissioners. Dated at Admiralty Office
