Reports that the Legislature recently appointed a joint committee 'to superintend the preservation and publication of Colonial records'. The committee has now asked permission to have access to the minutes of the Executive Council up to 1800 in order to have them transcribed, printed and published. Refers to circular despatch of 10 January 1910 and asks if there is any objection to this course of action.
