Description

Gives details of Oscar Emsheimer's past character in connection with his complaint against the Bermuda government concerning his business on the Isle of White in Hamilton Harbour. Encloses correspondence from Emsheimer [or Ems] and J B D Talbot, Secretary of the Office of Corporation in the City of Hamilton. Also includes an extract from the agreement between the Isle of Wight Company Ltd and Emsheimer, 30 March 1918.
