Folios 26-27: case no.68, William Broadham, aged 20, marine; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, sent from HMS Stately with lues venerea has an extensive ulcer in the right groin had been treated with mercury; taken ill, 12 January 1811; discharged 30 April 1811 to duty.

Folios 27-28: case no.69, Archibald Kemble, aged 36, quartermaster; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, cough, sores in the mouth and dyspeptic [dyspeptic] complaints; taken ill, 12 January 1811; sent 9 March 1811 to hospital in England.

Folio 28: case no.70, John Gorman, aged 26, ordinary seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, opthalmia with cataract of the right eye, cataract of a chronic nature; taken ill, 11 January 1811; sent 9 March 1811 to hospital in England.

Folio 28: case no.71, Robert Corrol, aged 30, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, hernia humoralis, left testicle and scrotum much swelled; taken ill, 12 January 1811; discharged 4 February 1811 to duty.

Folio 29: case no.72, John Lans, aged 30, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, ulcer on the first joint of fore finger of the left hand; taken ill, 26 January 1811; discharged 14 February 1811 to duty.

Folio 29: case no.73, Earl Farrel, aged 25; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, servere wound and bruise on the third phalanx of second finger of the left hand, amputated a finger at the third joint. Given smart ticket on 4 March 1811; taken ill, 1 February 1811; discharged 8 March 1811 to duty.

Folio 29: case no.74, James Carrol, aged 46; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, pneumonia with severe pain in the side attended with cough; taken ill, 7 February 1811; discharged 14 February 1811 to duty.

Folio 29: case no.75, Michael Cassidy, aged 40; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, pain in the breast with dispnea; taken ill, 7 February 1811; discharged 12 February 1811 to duty.

Folio 29: case no.76, Lieutenant John Peake Dutton, lieutenant; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, pain in the breast with dispnea and expectoration; taken ill, 12 February 1811; invalided 8 March 1811.

Folios 29-30: case no.77 and 78, Phillip Collington, aged 29, ordinary seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, fell from the spanker boom into a boat whereby all the fore teeth of the lower jaw were knocked out. Given a smart ticket on 25 March 1811; taken ill, 15 February 1811; invalided 25 March 1811.

Folio 30: case no.79, William Young, aged 19, ordinary seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, pain in the breast with cough and expectoration; taken ill, 21 February 1811; discharged 6 March 1811 to duty.

Folio 30: case no.80, George Collier, aged 24, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, catarrh, pulse quick and body costive; taken ill, 23 February 1811; discharged 27 February 1811 to duty.

Folio 30: case no.81, Samuel Vincent, aged 20, marine; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, chancre and insipient bubo; taken ill, 26 February 1811; discharged 4 April 1811 to duty.

Folio 30: case no.82, Edward Collridge, aged 20, marine; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, venereal sores on the prepuce and phymosis; taken ill, 24 February 1811; discharged 2 April 1811 to duty.

Folios 30-31: case no.83 and 84, William Cash, aged 22, marine; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, pain in the left leg, thigh and throat a little ulcerated with cronic venereal; taken ill, 3 March 1811; discharged 3 June 1811 to duty.

Folio 31: case no.85, John Allen, aged 36, ordinary seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, wounded by a cannon shot from the enemy when landing troops on shore near St Mary. Had right foot nearly shot off and ankle badly fractured. Amputated leg about nine inches below the knee. Allen belonged to HM bomb vessel Hound. Given a smart ticket from his own ship the Hound on 26 March 1811; taken ill, 6 March 1811; discharged 24 April 1811 to the Druid for passage to England.

Folio 31: case no.86, James Slater, aged 48, private marine; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, brusing and sprain of the left ankle; taken ill, 26 April 1811; discharged 17 May 1811 to duty.

Folio 31: case no.87, John Kenney, aged 25, private marine; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, syphilis has a node on the clavicle and small node on the tibia. Complains of excruciating pains in the arms. Had venereal disease about 2 months ago; taken ill, 4 March 1811; discharged 13 June 1811 by order.

Folios 32-33: case no.88, John Ingleby, aged 26, corporal marine; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, severely wounded in both legs by a cannon shot from the enemy when marching to storm a battery near St Marys, right leg nearly shot off below the knee, left leg -tibia fractured and splintered but not much loss of external integuments. Ingleby almost exhausted from loss of blood before he was brought on board. Amputated right leg above the knee, was much inclined to amputate left leg if I could have procured patients consent. Given smart ticket on 9 May 1811; taken ill, 6 March 1811; discharged 19 July 1811 to Camus for a passage to England.

Folio 33: case no.89, William McDonald, aged 32, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, severe wound by a cannon ball from enemy with nearly carried away the foot and fractured and shattered the bones of the leg above the ankle joint. Received said wound in a boat when landing troops to storm a battery near St Marys. Mcdonald belonged to HMS Hound. Received smart ticket from his own ship the Hound on 26 May 1811; taken ill, 6 March 1811; discharged 14 May 1811.

Folio 34: case no.90, William Laverty, aged 28, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, remittent and intermittent fever and emaciated; taken ill, 19 March 1811; died 18 May 1811.

Folios 34-35: case no.91, Levy Jones, aged 22, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, slight 'dysenterick' symptoms; taken ill, 24 March 1811; discharged 20 June 1811 to duty.

Folio 35: case no.92, William Clark, aged 28, seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, severe hurt by the falling of a gun boats mast which fractured the radius of the left arm. Clark belonged to HMS St Juan. Given smart ticket from his own ship the St John; taken ill, 27 March 1811; discharged 29 May 1811 to duty.

Folios 35-36: case no.93, John Indicott, aged 30, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, pain in the stomach attended with cough and dispnea; taken ill, 28 March 1811; discharged 13 June 1811 to duty.

Folios 36-37: case no.94, Robert Hunter, aged 40, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, cough, dispnea and expectoration and subject to asthma and catarrhal complaints; taken ill, 1 April 1811; discharged 10 July 1811 to duty.

Folio 37: case no.95, Thomas Welsh, aged 22, ordinary seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, large node and ulcer on the left tibia; taken ill, 5 April 1811; discharged 5 April 1811 to duty.

Folio 37: case no.96, John Fitsgerald, aged 38, able seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, dysentery; taken ill, 5 April 1811; discharged 27 June 1811 to duty.
