Folios 23-24: case no.57, John Welsh, aged 22, ordinary seaman; taken ill at Cadiz bay; disease or hurt, wound on the left side, much bruised and destroyed the external integuments received said wound by a cannon ball when engaging the enemy of Ponto Pedro.
