Description

Atrocities in Putumayo District: John Brown. States that instructions have been given to the Paymaster-General for the transfer to the credit of the Colonial Office of £17 12s, being the expenses incurred on behalf of John Brown who accompanied Mr Roger Casement on his recent expedition to the Putumayo District.
