Reciprocity with the United States of America. States that the British Ambassador at Washington has telegraphed as follows: Reciprocity Treaty with the United States concluded on behalf of Barbados today. Concerning the Ratification of Treaty, urges that the operation of convention should take place not before but as soon as after the middle of August as possible. States also that an explanatory despatch will follow.
