Forwards a printed copy of Act No. 859, 'An Act for the improvement of the City of Bridge Town in this Island, and for vesting certain Lands, Buildings and Hereditaments in the said City in her Majesty; and for paying and securing to the Owners of such Lands, Buildings, and Hereditaments, the value thereof and for other purposes'. Reports that he has appointed Messrs Sealy, Bascom and Eversley as commissioners in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
