Licence number 2423: James Moses.
Convicted of Stealing 8 pecks of beans, one sack and one poke goods of James Woodward at the Quarter Sessions at Richmond, Yorkshire, 16 April 1851.
Then aged 36 years and by trade a Labourer.
Sentence: 7 years' Transportation.
Licence granted: 12 February 1855, for early release from Portland prison.
