Description

Refers to death of Robert, apprenticed labourer, who was convicted and sent to Woolwich; refers to others who were sent from Grenada to Woolwich awaiting transportation and asks for some of the six to be pardoned; refers to case of Betsey, who challenged status given to her by the slave registry; refers to and opposes Chief Justice Sanderson's intended policy of keeping praedial labourers apprenticed until August 1840.
