Description

Rates of exchange for pension and compassionate allowances: acknowledges receipt of correspondence with Lieutenant Colonel A R B Kaye and Mr W R Hunt; forwards copy of a minute by Mr V Grey Wilson, Acting Treasurer, regarding the calculation of Colonel Kaye's pension and its payment by the Crown agents; offers to make good losses due to variations in rate of exchange if required and informs that Bank of Canada are prepared to act as agents for pensioners residing in the United Kingdom. No 103, folios 218-224
