Description

Separation of post and telegraph departments: forwards copy of a minute written by Mr Gerald Smith, Colonial Postmaster, stating he has made arrangements to hand over the Telegraph Department to Mr Cuthbert; he also points out that his reduction in official status should entitle him to early promotion. No 92, folios 108-111
