Completion of the boundary line between British Honduras and Guatemala: recommends the completion of the survey to establish the border as soon as possible to facilitate the granting of concessions for Mahogany timber trade and the bleeding of Sapodilla gum, or chicle; suggests that chicle is being bled on crown land without payment of royalties and that the American Chicle Company are surveying a road just beyond the boundary in order to escape paying export duty; includes estimate of costs of survey by H J Perkins, Surveyor General, and six inch plan map of the Western frontier line.
