[Lieutenant Colonel] John Stewart to Harrington: he has come to Antwerp to wait on Dunmore and Prince Frederic [of Hesse] and deliver their letters. Crauford is well enough to take charge of the expedition. The prince and his suite will find it difficult to fit into a 20 gun ship, and the Hessians insist on shipping wagons which will be useless to them in Scotland. Dated (OS) at Antwerp. ff. 295, 296
