Dunmore to Harrington: when the British cavalry have left Antwerp Waldeck will replace them only in part. He believes Antwerp will be indefensible because the inundations are frozen over, and Brussels and Mechelen etc. will follow. He has asked Ilten to send four battalions. He expects soon to be relieved of his command. Dated at Antwerp. ff. 288, 289
