Dunmore to Harrington: payment to the villages in Holland through which the several divisions passed. He has received from Trevor permission from the Dutch for the remaining cavalry to march to Willemstad. Their order of marching. The artillery train has been loaded into boats, but the frost is so hard that they cannot stir. Dated at Antwerp. ff. 286, 287
