Harrington to Dunmore: the transports for the cavalry will sail next day, so Dunmore is to march the whole corps to Willemstad to embark for Gravesend. He is also, if possible, to embark all the artillery officers and men, and the field train from Antwerp. Dunmore is to remain in Flanders to command the corps in British pay.
