Harrington to Dunmore: the king finds it necessary to bring over the remaining British forces, consisting of eighteen squadrons of cavalry and dragoons, and has ordered transports for that purpose. The Horse Guards, Horse Grenadiers and the Blue Regiment are to be among the first. He is to keep the contents of this letter to himself. Dated (OS) at Whitehall. ff. 257, 258
