Dunmore to Harrington: winter quarters will soon be settled, despite difficulties in Antwerp. He has sent Cumberland a tariff, and a proposal by Königsegg for giving parole in the garrisons. The garrison is small compared with French garrisons at Ghent and Lille. He encloses two letters from Königsegg. Dated at Brussels. ff. 242, 243
